Your Energy Body

We have energetic exchanges every day that have a dramatic effect on our energy bodies. A driver honks his horn in anger at a bicyclist. The frequency of that horn penetrates the energy body of the bicyclist. The bicyclist feels anger in his emotional body, but he holds the emotion inside. His neck stiffens and goes out of physical alignment. All three of his bodies are affected.

The bicyclist forgets about the exchange a few minutes later, because it wasn’t a significant part of his day. But his energy body remembers the experience. Source Work adjusts and balances the energy body. At the same time, the anger in his emotional body and the sore neck in his physical body are healed. All three bodies are connected.

There are significant "Energetic Events" in our life that profoundly affect all three bodies. This can include anything from sexual abuse to falling in love. Deep energy patterns are formed, which reroute our internal wiring. Source Work creates a coherent shift in all three bodies, where traumatic events have occurred.

Everything that takes place in your emotional body and your physical body is also taking place in your energy body. When people experience Source Work for the first time, they may feel that the results are "miraculous". But when you recognize that your body is an energetic system rather than a mechanical system, these results become more understandable.

Profound change and transformation is easier to facilitate in the energy body than in the emotional body or the physical body. This is because the energy body is less dense than the physical body and less resistant to change than the emotional body.

Cleansing the Energy Body

Diet cleanses the physical body. Source Work cleanses the energy body. How do you cleanse the energy body? There are three levels of deep energy cleansing that build on one another:

1. Source Work cleanses and purifies the Energy Body.

3. For the deepest level of energy healing, spend two weeks with International healer João de Deus ("John of God") in Brazil. John of God has asked me to "cleanse and prepare" people (steps one and two) before they visit him in Brazil.
