Being In Source
Most of us have situations in our life that cause us
stress, pain or
fear. These situations or circumstances may be in the present moment. They may be from the past. Whatever the case, it’s something that’s affecting you.
You want your situation to change and you need to talk about it. The problem with
traditional counseling is this: You can spend years and years, even decades, talking about situations and circumstances, without anything changing. Why is this?
The situations and circumstances in your life are symptoms of being
disconnected from Source. If you are disconnected from Source, you will continue to attract situations and circumstances into your life that bring you stress, pain and suffering.
When you are deeply connected to Source, and to the
CORE of your being, you enter into a state of process or flow. It is from this state that deep and profound change takes place. Dr. Daniel Goleman, the author of "Emotional Intelligence", describes it this way:
Being able to enter flow is emotional intelligence at its best....
The hallmark of flow is a feeling of spontaneous joy, even rapture…
Flow is a state of self-forgetfulness, the opposite of rumination and worry.
When you are in flow, you come out of the
fight or flight state. Clarity returns and solutions come naturally and effortlessly. Priorities become abundantly clear. This is change that you can take with you. I call this being "In Source".
You can talk about your life situations and circumstances with me. But when you are In Source, you have full access to yourself. You have found your
internal compass. Because of this, you are less likely to waste time and attention on meaningless diversions. Just by making this connection to Source, you have taken the most important step in your life.
How is this done? Through Activating your
CORE, Calibrating your MIND and through
Re-Sourcing.
