Source Work is a
therapeutic approach to physical and emotional with cleansing that’s based in
quantum physics,
energy psychology and the
New Mental Health.
 Source Work entrains and synchronizes the
heart and the central nervous system to enter into a state of coherence or
flow. Emotional issues are released as the
structural system, organs and glands are realigned with
Source.
The first step is cleansing the energy body. This is like
removing old files from your computer that no longer serve you.
The second step is recharging the energy body. Through the introduction of
high frequencies, your energy body drops into a state of expansion, until a quantum shift occurs,
collapsing energetic patterns and imbalances that affect your emotional body and your physical body.
The final step is reprogramming your energy body. This is like installing an upgraded software program into your energy system that’s aligned with what you really want – your core purpose in life.
Source Work is closely related to an emerging field called
Energy Psychology.
Fred Gallo, PhD coined the term "Energy Psychology" in 1998. In his book, "Energy Psychology", Dr. Gallo states that "Energy Psychology addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behavior and health".
Dr. David Feinstein, author of "The Promise of Energy Psychology", calls Energy Psychology "acupressure for the emotions".
The primary technique used by energy psychologists is Emotional
Freedom Technique (EFT). This simple but effective technique utilizes the chakra and meridian systems found in Chinese Medicine. I teach my clients to use EFT on themselves.
Source Work adds South American Energy Medicine and other protocols that have been previously missing from Energy Psychology.
