Principles of Source Healing

Here are three basic principles of Source Healing:

  1. You are ultimately responsible for your own healing.

  2. Anything can be healed, if intervention takes place in time.

  3. Healing is the integration of Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotion.

Source Healing integrates all four dimensions - Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotion. When you are in a state of health, these four dimensions aren’t separate at all. (For more information about this, see the 4DQ section of this website).

Here are three fundamental principles about the healing process:

  1. You must find the pathway to healing that works best for you.

  2. Your attitude and your beliefs are central to your healing.

  3. Disease is an opportunity for growth and transformation.

No one can tell you what will work for you. Your doctor can make recommendations, but you must ultimately decide what you want to add to your doctor’s recommendations.

I’m here to support you in listening to your CORE and making the best, most grounded decisions for yourself. What works for one person won’t necessarily work for someone else. Your belief in your treatment plan is critical to your success. If you believe that your treatment plan will work, your chances of recovery are much greater.

Those who take an active role in their own healing have a greater chance of healing successfully. Your attitude is everything. Disease is often a blessing in disguise, because it’s an opportunity for growth and transformation.

Your body is always communicating with you. Disease is a form of feedback that your body is giving you. I’m here to help you listen to your body, so you can receive the clear message(s) that your body is trying to send you.
