How Does Energy Medicine Work?

It’s difficult to explain how Energy Medicine works because the English language is based firmly in the physics of Sir Isaac Newton. That is, we still view the human body as a mechanical system, rather than as an energy system.

Energy medicine can best be compared to breakthroughs in computer technology. Think of a computer software program that you download from a CD-ROM onto your computer hard drive.

Is that software program solid? What is it made of? The truth is, it’s made of numbers – 1’s and 0’s. What you are really downloading is energy. Nothing solid or physical is being taken from your installation CD. What you are transferring is data, light and energy.

Now, imagine your energy body as a computer operating system. Source Work "upgrades" your system exponentially. New connections are downloaded. Source energy is transferred. Your RAM is increased. Your "processor" is upgraded. You are now able to receive light and information that your system was previously unable to receive or process.

Most people still view their bodies through the mechanical physics of Sir Isaac Newton. We view our body as a mechanical system, not as an energy system. This is like viewing your body as an old fashioned mechanical typewriter. You hit a typewriter key with your finger and that key hits an ink ribbon, which leaves the physical imprint of a letter on the page.

If the typewriter (your body) stops working, you replace the ribbon or other part. But the quantum physics of Albert Einstein has changed how we look at everything. Everything – including your physical body – is made up of energy, light and information. The implications of this are astounding.

Every emotional state and every mental state carries its own energetic code. Emotional conditions, such as anxiety and depression, carry their own vibratory frequencies, which can be influenced, through the introduction of new frequencies. Forgiveness carries its own set of frequencies also. And we know that true forgiveness extends the health of the physical body. Bringing in higher frequencies breaks up and collapses blockages, traumas and disease patterns, as well as fear-based emotions associated with the lower end frequencies.

Combining traditional therapy with Energy Medicine is a powerful way of reinforcing verbal therapy with non-verbal quantum techniques. I call this synthesis of Process-based Therapy and Energy Medicine Source Work or Source Energetics.
